Extension plans
In many cases, extensions can be built without the need for a planning application. You are required however to have Architectural plans created for building control approval. We also strongly recommend submitting plans to the council for approval in the form of a certificate of lawful development. Whether or not planning permission is required.
Loft conversions
As with many extensions, a loft can often be converted without the need for a planning application. Loft conversions do require architectural assistance however to ensure building and fire regulations are correctly abided by for building control approval.
